Terms and Conditions :

Please  Take Under Consideration The Following Terms And Conditions  For The Trip :

  1. After the confirmation of the final itinerary, we require the photocopy of your passport, passport-sized foto and 40% down payment in advance is mandatory to book the flight tickets, hotel stay, vehicles, and for trekking permit process as per the itinerary.
  2. Payments can be wired by Bank transfer, Western Union, and Visa Card or by any convenient method.
  3. The Nepal Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves.
  4. You will have to make the full payment after your arrival in Nepal and before we depart for the trip. We deserve the full right to cancel the trip if the full payment is not made in time.

  6. If you cancel your booking, your booking charge will not be refunded. However, provided that if you notify us of your cancellation before 15 days of your trip. Your booking charge may be transferred to another trip from our company.
  7. Travel insurance is a compulsion for all Clients undertaking any trip. It should provide sufficient premium for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter evacuation, loss of luggage, etc.
  8. Risk & Liabilities:

We vow to provide the best possible service. We execute our duties honestly to make your trip a pleasant experience.

however, We shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances like government restriction, landslide, earthquake, road blockage, flood, political unrest, cancellation, delay in flight, sickness, or accident. Any extra cost incurred of such shall be borne by the clients

  1. If you quit the trek/trip at any point besides any of the above-mentioned reasons (Risk and Liabilities), or if earlier return from the trek than the scheduled itinerary. The cost paid for the trip would not be refunded.

  • The trip booking is filed with the scan copy of your passport and Passport size photos and a 40% non-refundable down payment as the deposit of your trip. Then, you will receive the final confirmation email from the Hillstrek team.
  • After the final confirmation is received we will be following the above-stated terms and conditions.
  • Also, the payment can be done on our Bank Account.
